Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)
24 per hour Day Shifts 34 shift per week

Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 Sponsorship

Our client a modern and welcoming luxury care home is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a service that provides outstanding nursing residential and dementia care in a warm and supportive environment.

The Staff Nurse will play a vital role in delivering highquality personcentred care to residents. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team they will ensure the physical emotional and social wellbeing of those in their care promoting dignity and independence at all times.

What Were Looking For

  • A registered RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin.
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable.
  • A caring and personcentred approach to nursing.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and effective nursing care tailored to individual needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor residents health responding promptly to any changes.
  • Work collaboratively with care teams families and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate care records.
  • Support mentor and guide care staff to uphold high standards of care.
