Acquisition Analyst IV / Site Lead Ft. Leonard Wood MO

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a senior Acquisition Analyst and Site Lead to support the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) for Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Defense (CBRND). In this role you will lend your expertise in CBRN and CBRND acquisitions operations and strategic planning to promote the equities of the JPEOCBRND and U.S. Army as they relate to the enablement of the Chem / Bio Defense Program (CBDP). Additionally you will serve as the local site lead responsible for coordination and communication with the geographically distributed contractor and client teams to ensure efficient information flow and that equities of the relevant teams are understood and conveyed as appropriate.

Location: Ft. Leonard Wood MO; onsite

Clearance: Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the principal advocate and single point of contact for the JPEOCBRND at Fort Leonard Wood
  • Provide intensive centralized management and multifaceted support of Joint CBRN Defense Programs
  • Increase knowledge of requirements by Joint Staff Joint Force and military Services
  • Expedite materiel solutions for validated CBRND deficiencies
  • Monitor CBRND requirementsbased activities to promote and facilitate the accelerated delivery of emerging/new capabilities to the Joint Force and services
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships and close lines of communication between USACBRNS Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCOE) Army Futures Command (AFC) Capability Development and Integration Directorate (CDID) and other organizations on Ft. Leonard Wood
  • Ensure all policies/processes that influence or affect program initiation development and management are communicated across the Chem / Bio Defense Program (CBDP) Enterprise
  • Serve as the principal source of acquisition and technical expertise on current and emerging requirements business strategy and JPEOCBRND acquisition programs
  • Advise JPEOCBRND and USA CBRNS command level staff on areas to improve Army equities in CBRND
  • Prepare review and/or provide internal and external reports and briefs to senior leaders and provide analysis pertaining to the impacts of policy program and budget changes to JPEOCBRND and the affect on the Army and CBDP enterprises life cycle management.
  • Synchronize and align training objectives into CBRN School departmental exercises to produce meaningful outputs and realistic/appropriate scenario injects that drive command decisions

Minimum Requirements:

  • Required: Bachelors degree
  • Required: 5 years of DoD Chem/Bio Defense Program (CBDP) experience supporting Acquisition Requirements and or Training Development efforts
  • Required: 5 years experience with AFC TRADOC and Chemical Corps Regiment organizational structures and their relationship / interface with JPEOCBRND
  • Required: 5 years experience applying DOTMLPF as it pertains to the CBDP Enterprise and its application within the Army and the Joint Force
  • Required: 5 years experience assisting in the authoring and of programs of instruction (POIs)
  • Required: 5 years experience developing training support packages as they related to CBRND programs and Army efforts
  • Required: 5 years experience in the demonstration of strategic planning and their iteration with stakeholders at the executive level
  • Required: 5 years experience building training facilitating and mentoring teams as it relates to enabling developmental support to Chemical Corps Regiment personnel the Joint Force and other CBDP Stakeholder elements
