Job Description
Due to the expansion of work at Pilgrimss weare seekingaHR Advisorforour Corshamsite in Wiltshire whichemploys professional managerial administrative semiskilled and unskilled personnel. The HR Advisorwill reportto the site HR Business Partner and working as part of the team within a fastpaced food manufacturing environment you will providecomprehensiveand professional HR generalistsupport including; attendance management and employee relations (ER)investigations / disciplinaries / grievances recruitment and associated administration.
Whilst predominantly overseeing the attendance and ER case management on Site employee engagement and local community initiatives will form a key part of our organisational culture andinclusion of these initiatives as well as all other areas of HR focus including retention and health & wellbeing activity will also form part of the role.
Our preferred candidate will be part or newly CIPD qualified or equivalent and have at least 2 years experience in a generalist role ideally in a manufacturing or fast paced organisation. Excellent administrative/organisation skills are essential along with anability to communicate confidently at all levels. Ideally a good working knowledge of employment lawand theflexibility to adapt working hours when required to cover the varying shift patterns that cover our 5 day a week working environment. In addition a strongproficiencyinexcel word outlookand power point skills are a must andour ideal candidate will have experience using our attendance systemalthough training can be provided.
