About the role
Key details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm 37.5 hours per week
- Wage: 10 per hour
- Location: Wolseley Road Woburn Road Industrial estate Kempston MK42 7NY
- Apprenticeship Standard:Level 3 Business Administration
- Duration: 16 months
Overview of the role
IMS are seeking an organised motivated and hardworking individual to join their team as a business administration apprentice. You will provide administrative support to the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Office administrative duties including taking calls responding to emails scanning preparing documents and running errands
- Entering data
- Managing post and deliveries
- Welcoming guests
- Assisting with planning and implementing company projects and events
- Supporting regulatory and compliance matters
- Providing general support to senior staff with case administration
- Working within Data Protection legislation and GDPR regulations
- General administration workload planning and housekeeping
- Following company policies and procedures
- Adhering to Health and Safety guidelines and company regulations
- Assisting other departments as needed to support business operations
- Upholding and working in line with the companys SMART values
Apprenticeship Summary:
- You will work towards your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification across a total duration of 16 months!

- All online/remote learning no classroom or college day release
- An allocated tutor will support you throughout the apprenticeship!

Apprenticeship Overview
The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing implementing maintaining and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.
