Roofline Operative

The main duties are to provide a highquality roofline maintenance and cleaning service for the Association along with supporting our voids team in delivering high quality homes to our customers.

To support the Greatwell Works team in delivering the Associations corporate objectives and provide a customer focused service.

You will undertake a wide range of duties including but not limited to low level and highlevel gutter clearance roof line maintenance and servicing UPVC window maintenance and general labouring tasks which may include working at height.

Identifying and escalating maintenance issues that could lead to further issues without preventative measures being put in place.

Commitment to delivering high quality customer services is critical in this role.
