Job Description
ROLE MISSION:Youllsupport the dealership team by managing the flow of vehicles safely through our service driveparking and retrievingvehicles and communicatingaccurate location. An important part of the role is to provide guest amenities such as car wash and convenience shuttle. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and direct guests arriving to our dealership from the valet post. Guide vehicles to ensure flow of traffic through service lanes. Monitor service drive entrance from showroom to assist guests in a friendly and timely fashion.
- Collect information and paperwork to facilitate a smooth handoff to Advisor for appointment checkin and vehicle pick up.
- Provide amenities that add value to our guests experience at Scott Honda such as running vehicles through our car wash and driving our convenience shuttle for local pick up and drop off.
- Drive guest vehicles and convenience shuttle responsibly and respectfully at all times; prioritize safety within our service lane and parking lot.
- Maintain service lane and immediate parking area to keep a clean and professional appearance. Remove trash and clutter and address or report potential slip trip hazards.
- Learn and perform various tasks and roles as needed and assigned to support the dealership team.
