Position Summary:Wash dishes and maintain tidiness and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Essential Job Functions
- Wash dishes glassware flatware pots or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Place clean dishes utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain kitchen work areas equipment or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Assist with kitchen prep work such as chopping vegetables preparing sauces or portioning ingredients.
- Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.
- Sweep or scrub floors.
- Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations cupboards refrigerators or salad bars.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned.
