Job Description
As a QA Test Lead you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis define test strategy & design and lead to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate realtime scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defectfree solutions to meet our clients business needs. - Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
- 4 years of Performance Engineering Experience
- Location for this position is Sunnyvale CA
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Experience:
- Excellent performance engineering experience or equivalent knowledge in Software Engineering
Experiencein testing troubleshooting & providingtuning recommendations for SAP S/4 Hana applications.
Experiencein various software development and test methodologies.
Experiencein performance testing tools such asLoadrunner Enterprise Apache JMeter.
Experiencein performancetuning of SQL queries.
ExperiencewithJVM tuningtechniques.
Experiencein data analysis and visualization.
Experiencein one or more programming languages such asPython Perl ABAPJava C.
KnowledgeofDatabase Management Systems such as Oracle SAP HANA.
Demonstrateexcellent verbal and written communications skills.
Skillset Asks: Good to Have
Exhibitcreativity and a willingness to explore new technologies.
Experience in performance assessment and optimization of complex applications built on the SAP BTP AWS or GCP.
Experience in performance testing and analysis of mobile apps.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Algorithms and Big ONotation.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
For candidates based out of SunnyvaleCA estimated annual compensation will be
$86534 to $ 140104
