With offices in San Antonio TX and Easton PA we specialize in dam design rehabilitation and safety evaluations along with other waterrelated infrastructure projects.
They are seeking a highly experienced and selfsufficient Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead and grow their Easton PA office. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role taking over an existing portfolio of dam projects while also driving business development and expanding our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Easton PA office with oversight from company leadership based in San Antonio.
Take over and manage ongoing damrelated projects ensuring timely and highquality deliverables.
Develop new business opportunities in dam safety rehabilitation and water resources.
Serve as the primary technical expert for damrelated projects including inspections design permitting and compliance.
Maintain and build relationships with local and regional clients regulatory agencies and industry partners.
Provide mentorship and leadership for the Easton office team.
Handle basic office management duties with support from the San Antonio administrative staff.
Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum 15 years of experience in water resources engineering with a strong focus on dams (design rehabilitation safety inspections permitting and compliance).
Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion including client interactions budgets and regulatory approvals.
Experience in business development and client relationship management within the engineering sector.
Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills with the ability to operate autonomously while aligning with company goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
$100000 $115000 a year
Other Requirements
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally for site visits or client meetings as needed.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate construction sites.
Ability to lift and carry inspection equipment and materials up to 25 pounds.
