Lead endtoend project management coordinating efforts across diverse teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of innovative FinTech solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication managing expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure project alignment and success.
Develop and implement project plans aligned with business objectives leveraging your strategic consulting background to drive impactful outcomes.
Utilize analytical skills to monitor project performance identify trends and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
5 years of experience in managing implementation projects ideally in a customerfacing role.
Experience in management consulting for diverse customer archetypes and organizational cultures with the ability to adapt seamlessly to their specific needs.
Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g. Agile) and productivity tools (e.g. JIRA) as well as experience creating effective tracking systems from scratch.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
A proactive lowego approach to problemsolving and a willingness to tackle tasks of any size to ensure project success.
Willingness to travel up to 50 as needed to drive customer outcomes.
