Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Head Retail Brand (NonIT Hiring)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 10 years in retail brand

Industry: Retail (Fashion Apparel FMCG Luxury or related)

Department: Human Resources (HR)

Job Summary:

We are looking for adynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Headto lead the recruitment function for our retail brand. The ideal candidate will haveextensive experience in NonIT hiring particularly in retail FMCG or related industries. This role involvesmanaging endtoend recruitment building talent pipelines and ensuring the right talent acquisition strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & :

  • Develop and executetalent acquisition strategiesaligned with business objectives.
  • Overseebulk hiringand leadership hiring for retail stores corporate functions and supply chain roles.
  • Optimizesourcing channels(job portals employee referrals social media and recruitment agencies).

2. Recruitment Operations & Stakeholder Management:

  • Leadendtoend recruitmentfor storelevel regional and corporate roles.
  • Partner withbusiness heads and HRBPsto identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Managevendor relationshipsand negotiate contracts with recruitment agencies.

3. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Development:

  • Driveemployer branding initiativesto attract top talent.
  • Build astrong talent pipelinefor future hiring needs.
  • Engage incampus hiring and lateral hiringstrategies.

4. Recruitment Analytics & Compliance:

  • Trackrecruitment metrics (TAT costperhire qualityofhire etc.for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance withlabor laws and company policiesin hiring practices.
  • Implement and manageApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)for seamless recruitment.

Key Requirements:

10 years of experience inNonIT hiring preferably inRetail FMCG Apparel Luxury or QSR sectors.

Proven expertise inbulk hiring corporate hiring and leadership hiring.

Strong experience inheadhunting passive talent search and market mapping.

Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Handson experience withATS LinkedIn Talent Solutions and recruitment tools.

Ability to thrive in afastpaced highgrowth retail environment.
