Job Description
- Manage onboarding Partner relationships
- Manage due diligence processes with Chubb oversight organizations
- Program Services
- Data Security/TPIRM
- Claims
- Chubb Legal
- Key contact for any A&H project management for connectivity builds for that program
- Own the contract development negotiation and process.
- Manage due diligence processes with Chubb oversight organizations
- Manage relationships with assigned existing Partner relationships
- Liase as necessary between key contacts at Partner and Chubb A&H
- Key contact for any Chubb audits
- Manage any connectivity concerns
- Mange any changes to programs
- Track and report on KPIs
- Calculate CBAs using Chubb A&H standard calculations
- Manage contract including amendment renewals and changes to pricing.
- Provide clear relevant and consistent information to concerned stakeholders
Qualifications
- 25 years experience in tech implementation with insurance preferred but not required.
- Experience with and understanding of internal and external API connectivity
- Minimum bachelors degree
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Experience and knowledge related to Leisure Travel insurance and/or Voluntary Employee Benefits preferred.
