Job Description
Austin Industrial Inc. is hiring for an experienced Quality Technician for our Holly Frontier project in Artesia NM.
This position requires a Valid Drivers License.
This is an ongoing longterm maintenance position working a 5/8s schedule. No per diem offered.

Quality Technician
Inspects accepts and/or rejects work performed in compliance with applicable codes and specifications.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and work within the companys quality control standards procedures and codes.
- Monitor compliance to company protocols during production and operations.
- Perform regular audits to ensure operations adhere to quality standards.
Conduct inspections and reviews to check for conformity in products or processes. - Maintain accurate records of inspections quality checks and audit results.
Complete necessary documentation to comply with internal and external quality standards. - Ensure that tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
Carry out various cleanup and maintenance activities to ensure a safe and organized work environment. - Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Wear appropriate personal safety equipment (PPE) and observe safety rules. - Perform other tasks as assigned that contribute to the companys quality control efforts.

Qualifications Required for this Position:
Education High school diploma or equivalent
Experience 35 years of experience in quality control or assurance with a focus on industrial maintenance construction or turnarounds. Previous experience with quality oversight in a chemical petrochemical or refinery environment
