Hiring for NPD Program Manager for Automobile Industry.
PositionNPD Program Manager
Education: BE Mechanical MBA
Skills:Minimum 810 years of experience in sheet metal part development(Press & Fabricated part)
Experience: 8 10 years
Salary:Upto 10 LPA
Responsibilities:
- To Lead project planning sessions
- To coordinate with staff and internal resources
- Responsible for Project Planning i.e. Capacity Mapping/ Space Availability/Layout/Zero Base Costing/Facility/Equipment Customer Coordination/ Proposal Preparation
- To ensure Tool Type Approval from ED to provide go ahead for Tool Design
- To allocate budget for the project by taking approval from ED/MD
- To prepare and interpret drawings blueprints layouts.
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- To ensure Capex Approval to raise the PO
- To create asset code for identification of assets in the system with designated nomenclature and number.
- To Provide manufacturing go ahead to supplier by issuing LOI.
- Develop configure and optimize industrial processes
- Manage cost and time constraints to conduct mfg feasibility of subassy by studying the press parts methods welding sequence tolerance study SPM requirements.
- Responsible for discussion with Customer Tool/ Gauges/Weld Fixtures manufacturing)
