Description of the role:
We are seeking highly experienced PCAs and CNAs to join our team in Sandy Springs GA. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in providing care to seniors and will be dedicated to ensuring their wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to clients
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health status
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
Requirements:
- Certification as a PCA or CNA
- Prior experience working with seniors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services in Atlanta/Buckhead is seeking compassionate and dedicated PCAs and CNAs to join our team in Conyers Georgia. This is a parttime hourly position in the healthcare/medical industry working as an individual contributor. The ideal candidates will provide quality care to our senior clients ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position will range from $13 to $16 per hour paid on a weekly basis. In addition we offer opportunities for advancement within the franchise as well as ongoing training and support. As part of our team you will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement options.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care to senior clients in their homes
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing grooming and medication reminders
Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare team
Requirements:
Valid PCA or CNA certification in the state of Georgia
Experience working with seniors preferably in a home care setting
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of basic medical terminology and procedures
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients homes
