Job Description
S&H Youth and Adult Services is currently hiring for fulltime and contract Outpatient Therapists to join our strong team of professionals for our Charlotte Concord and Salisbury offices. Our ideal candidate is selfdriven punctual has a passion for helping others and engaged.
Fulltime fully licensed therapists start out at $60K per year plus health care and mileage.
Fulltime associate licensed therapists start out at $48.5K per year plus supervision healthcare and mileage.
Contract Therapists range from $25 per billable hour to $40 per billable hour
General Responsibilities
- Complete Intake Assessment for the assigned beneficiary
- Develop treatment plans/PCP for each assigned beneficiary
- Provide individual group family or family group therapy for the assigned beneficiary(s)
- Complete daily services notes for the beneficiary.
