The J.P. Morgan UK Real Estate business has a leading position in the sector in terms of number of clients transaction activity and revenue market share and is looking for an Analyst to join the team. The team covers a large share of the UK listed corporate client base across the entire range of UK Real Estate subsectors as well as a vast array of private / sponsorheld assets.
Our team is responsible for origination and of public and private M&A and capital markets transactions involving corporate and financial sponsor clients in the broad UK and EMEA Real Estate sector as well as providing clients with advice more broadly around their corporate strategy with this advice in specific cases provided alongside a corporate broking role which involves extensive interaction with our equity research and equity sales team as well as the Csuite management teams of the client. The team has a network of relationships with some of the most prominent Real Estate companies in the UK.
As an Analyst in the Investment BankingUK Real Estate team you will be a key player in our business strategy and . You will participate in the full cycle of transactional including preparing marketing pitches reviewing and formulating financial models and analysis preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations. You will play a leadership role in implementing the function including working with other analysts and associates as well as collaborating closely with senior bankers. You will also have plenty of opportunities to partner with other bankers from the group as well as colleagues from other industry and product teams across EMEA and globally.
