Job Description
- Paid holidays vacation pay retirement and health insurance reimbursement plan available
- Assistance with basic tool purchase is available once hired
- Daytime hours Monday through Friday (No weekends!
- Two 15 minute breaks and a 1 hour lunch
- Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine necessary repairs.
- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on vehicle bodies including dent removal panel replacement and frame straightening.
- Remove repair and replace damaged parts such as bumpers fenders and doors.
- Sand prime and prepare vehicle surfaces for painting or refinishing.
- Use welding and bonding techniques to repair or replace panels and structural components.
- Align and straighten vehicle frames using specialized equipment.
- Work with insurance adjusters to ensure proper repair procedures and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry advancements tools and repair techniques.
