Position Summary:
- Responsible for the coordination of operational training activities programs and initiatives setting the pace in the industry
- Assist with the onboarding of associates and operational training
- Assist with all areas of learning and development whilst following Marriotts learning and development requirements feeling empowered to make an impact
- Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Monitor learning activities for both Rooms Division and Food and Beverage operations
- Complete Human Resources administration tasks and offer general support to the team
