About the Role:
As a Sr. ETL Developer youll drive data integration solutions using Snowflakes cloud platform. Your role centers on extracting data from diverse sources transforming it to align with business needs and loading it into Snowflake for analysis. Youll write complex queries for applications and BI dashboards optimize data retrieval and visualization processes. Working collaboratively with architecture and data teams youll play a crucial role in achieving business objectives through efficient data management and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and optimize sophisticated Snowflake SQL queries for efficient data processing and analysis.
- Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and resolving queryrelated issues including bug fixes and addressing adhoc problems.
- Design and implement queries tailored for applications and business intelligence reporting needs.
- Tackle data quality challenges headon developing and implementing solutions to enhance data integrity.
- Utilize data aggregation and modeling techniques to create comprehensive reports in Domo.
- Conduct indepth data analysis to drive business performance improvements.
- Evaluate and select optimal data sources to meet specific project requirements.
- Team player but able to work independently with minimal direction.
- Performance Tuning Review existing SQL Queries Plans Partitions and Index(s) to determine performance enhancements for long running queries.
- Excellent communicator and be able to produce clear and concise documentation.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Working independently with only highlevel guidance.
- Strong sense of accountability adaptability flexibility and a sense of urgency.
Basic Qualifications:
- University degree and 5 years of practical experience OR 7 years of practical experience
- 5 years experience with writing SQL queries functions and procedures.
- 4 years experience with cloud computing services (AWS)
- Experience working with data cleaning and standardizing process
- Strong understanding data modeling (i.e. conceptual logical and physical model design experience with Operation Data Stores Enterprise Data warehouses)
- Requires strong analytical conceptual and problemsolving abilities.
- Must have the skills necessary to understand the overall data warehouse architecture.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- SnowPro certification is a plus

Expected Compensation: (Dependent upon Experience)
Fixed CTC: 17 LPA 20 LPA
Work Environment:
We offer a mix of inoffice and hybrid working. Hybrid remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Please refer to the job posting detail to determine what inoffice requirements apply. Where applicable hybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a fulltime basis from a distraction free environment with access to highspeed internet. Please inquire for more details.
Pay Transparency/Equity:
We are committed to paying our team equitably for their work commensurate with their individual skills and experience. Salary Range and additional compensation including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience education certifications and skills required for the specific role equity with similarly situated team members as well as employerverified regionspecific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
