- Supervise and oversee painter(s) assigned to your crew
- Communicate with customers to ensure they are updated and always satisfied
- Drive company owned vehicle valid drivers license required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of three years of painting experience verifiable through references
- Biweekly pay
- Overtime pay after 40 hours per week
- 6 paid holidays per year
- 1 week paid vacation after 90 day probationary period
- 2 weeks paid vacation after completion of 1 year
- Eligible for Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO
- Bonuses for customer reviews and productivity
- Eligible for company retirement/profit sharing plan after 2 years
