Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Location: Acworth GA
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $17.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Shipping/Receiving Clerks for a repackaging warehouse located in Acworth!
Qualifications for Shipping/Receiving Clerks:
After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:
Must have computer skills.
Previous shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse is a plus.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Assignment Duties for Shipping/Receiving Clerks:
Verifies goods against shipping documents and notifies general manager of any discrepancies.
Assists in coordinating with production to meet required shipping schedules.
Perform clerical and physical tasks in the shipment receipt movements and storage or goods.
Prepares outgoing orders for shipments including packaging of goods.
Prepares special packaging according to packaging directions.
Shift Details: MondayFriday 7:00AM4:30PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
