Job Description
1. Conduct thorough legal research analyze case facts and evidence and develop effective litigation strategies.
2. Draft and file legal documents including pleadings motions briefs and other court filings.
3. Prepare for and represent clients in court appearances hearings and trials including delivering opening and closing statements examining witnesses and presenting arguments.
4. Stay uptodate on changes in relevant laws regulations and legal precedents.
5. Manage multiple cases simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
6. Must have knowledge of NI Act and Arbitration matters.
