We are Hiring a Company Secretary / Compliance Officer

Location:Rajasthan (Jaipur)

Experience:13 years in a listed Public Company as a Compliance Officer.

Qualification:CS

Interview Mode:Face to Face

Salary:25k to 30k (Negotiable)

Industry:Manufacturer of Desi ghee FMCG Products

Key Responsibilities:

BSE & NSE Related Works

  • Company secretaries provide administrative support and guidance to company directors. It is a legal requirement for all public companies to employ a company secretary. Company secretaries provide guidance to company directors about how their organisations should be directed managed or controlled.
  • Manage listing and obligation Compliance of the Company

1. Regulation 133 Investor Grievance.

2. Regulation 31 Shareholding Pattern.

3. Regulation 32 Statement of deviation and variation.

4. Regulation 33 Financial Reporting.

5. Regulation 239 Reporting of related parties transaction.

6. Regulation 7 3 Reporting of Share Transfer Agent.

7. Regulation 40 10 Reporting of Transfer or Transmission of Securities.

8. Regulation 34 Annual Report.

  • Manage disclosure of requirements of the listed SME entity.
  • Redressal of Members Grievances including various correspondences .


ROC Related Works

  • Prepare Notices and Directors Report to be published in the Annual Report of the Company.
  • Preparation of various Resolutions Board Resolution Ordinary Resolution Special Resolution)
  • Drafting and vetting of various agreements like Rent Agreements Distributorship Agreements Service Agreements Nondisclosure Agreements etc.
  • Maintenance of various Statutory Registers under the Companies Act 2013.
  • Holding and conducting of Annual General Meeting and its compliances.
  • Assistance to CFO for final financials of Jhandewalas & Group of Companies.
  • Providing assistance with compliances under:


  1. Companies Act 2013 Rules and secretarial standards;
  2. Drafting of Agendas and Minutes;
  3. SEBI Listing Regulations.
  4. Providing legal advice and handling day to day routine legal matters related to Corporate Matters.
