The Role: We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 1 to 4 years of postqualification experience (PQE) to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of commercial disputes providing expert legal advice and representing clients in litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes negligence claims and breach of warranty cases.
Provide expert legal advice to clients on commercial litigation issues ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives.
Draft legal documents including pleadings motions and settlement agreements.
Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings advocating for their interests and achieving favorable outcomes.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
Maintain strong client relationships providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
1 to 4 years of postqualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation.
A strong understanding of commercial law and litigation procedures.
Excellent drafting and research skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and clientfocused approach to legal practice.
