Engineering Manager
Back Market is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who will lead our Core Platform team 5 engineers) within our Platform tribe.
The core competencies of this role include mentoring and coaching people cultivating a collaborative team leading delivery production operations and continuous improvement. As in Back Market we lead by example we expect the role to also be handson so personal contribution is expected.
As the Engineering manager of the Core Platform team youll lead a team of highly skilled and committed developers dedicated to providing foundational tools libraries and standards that enhance developer productivity and ensure consistency across application development. By fostering a culture of experimentation and enabling robust observability the team empowers developers to deliver highquality products efficiently and effectively.
