The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our growing team. In this dualfocused role youll analyze system requirements and behavior create highquality internal and external documentation for our products and services and create test plans in support of our Test Automation team. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming complex technical concepts into clear accessible content for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
What You Will Do:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including user guides API documentation release notes process flow and system architecture diagrams
- Develop test plans and test cases to validate documentation accuracy and product functionality working closely with Product QA and engineering teams to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Develop standardized templates and style guides for test documentation
- Collaborate with developers QA engineers and product managers to gather accurate technical information
- Create tutorials and training materials for internal teams on test automation tools and processes
- Review and edit documentation produced by technical team members
- Maintain documentation in our knowledge management system ensuring content remains current and accurate
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree in Technical Communication English Computer Science or related field
- 3 years of experience in technical writing preferably in software development or fintech environments
- 1 years of experience with test automation concepts and documentation
- Strong understanding of SDLC testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with documentation tools like Confluence Jira and Gitbased documentation systems
- Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger Postman etc.
- Knowledge of programming concepts and ability to understand code samples (Python Java JavaScript)
- Excellent writing skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly
