Fahrenheit Advisors is assisting our client in the healthcare industry in their search for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager will oversee the nursing staff and office staff to ensure highquality patient care manage administrative tasks and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Recruit hire train and evaluate nursing staff. Schedule shifts and manage staff performance to ensure optimal patient care.
- Administrative Duties: Manage office and other medical staff handle clinical reporting and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and staff performance.
- Quality Improvement: Monitor and evaluate patient care services implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure safety and satisfaction within the medical office.
- Communication: Act as a liaison and address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Also experience working in medical office specializing in urology nephrology or other specialized medical practices.
- Certifications: Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) or similar certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills excellent communication and interpersonal abilities proficiency in healthcare management software and a thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
Working Conditions:
- Fulltime position with standard office hours.

- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
