**This position is an inperson role based out of our Tampa Office**

About you

Youre a licensed real estate professional looking to continually expand the business base through regular contact with key and prospective clients in both Middle Markets and Institutional investors. You are a highly motivated teamoriented individual dedicated to producing high quality work in pursuit of maintaining and growing client relationships with toptier clients in the Greater Tampa region.

In this role you will

  • Secure new and expanding business opportunities in your specific sector through prospecting networking relationship building and identifying opportunities for other service lines.

  • Be solutions oriented and create new opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  • Cross collaborative attitude that encourages partnership with other Leasing Investment Sales and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams across product lines.

  • Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities.

  • Bring a great attitude in learning the business and local marketplace by attending local business and industry events networking and participating in client meetings.

What youll bring

  • 13 years of commercial real estate sales experience (both via phone and inperson canvassing).

  • Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of Florida (or in process of obtaining).

  • Deep understanding of market cycles and set a short and longterm strategy taking these into consideration.

  • Highly motivated bringing a high level of energy and initiative to everything you do.

  • Excellent organizational interpersonal quantitative writing and communication skills.

  • Well organized and with excellent time management skills.

  • Prior experience using CRM programs.
