You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere working exclusively with a great local engineering firm who are now looking for an IT Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work with the executive team on delivering IT projects managing third party relationships and delivering software solutions to support business growth. Reporting into the Finance Director this is a standalone role.
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship with Aspire ensuring the seamless integration and operation of thirdparty IT services. This role involves overseeing software solutions outside of the Microsoft managing internal IT projects and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
ThirdParty IT Services Management:
To oversee the performance and deliverables of Aspire ensuring they meet contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
To coordinate with Aspire to address any issues improvements or updates required for optimal service delivery.
Software Management:
To manage and support software applications outside of the Microsoft suite ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
To evaluate and recommend new software solutions to enhance business operations.
Internal Project Management:
To lead and manage internal IT projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
To collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements objectives and deliverables.
To be responsible for the development of a technology strategy for making best use of existing technology stack and presenting options for technology refresh.
Stakeholder Management:
To build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders understanding their IT needs and ensuring their requirements are met.
Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders providing regular updates and seeking feedback.
Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the site management teams fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
