Description

The University of Maine at Farmington (UMF) is seeking Residential Advisors to be part of the 2025 UMF Summer Upward Bound (UB) Program. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with high school students in innovative and creative ways.Residential Advisors provide direct support to Upward Bound participants living in the residence hall. Advisors also plan and facilitate daily activities for students and participate in all aspects of the summer program including overnight supervision.

Compensation: This is a fulltime seasonal position with a pay rate of $14.65 per hour.A typical work scheduleis Sunday night through Friday afternoon. This position is grantfunded and contingent upon the continued availability of external funding.

Summer program dates: June 17 2025 through July 25 2025. Residential Advisors are required to commit to a minimum of six 6 weeks with the possibility of an additional week.
