From shooting captivating videos to crafting witty captions and responding to guests in real time youll help shape the online voice and personality of all See Rock City Inc. brands.

What Youll Do

• Create and share content that wows. Youll capture photos shortform videos and write engaging posts that bring the magic of Rock City to life across platforms like Instagram TikTok Facebook X Threads YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Keep your finger on the pulse. Youll monitor and engage with 25 social media channels responding to comments answering questions and sparking conversations with followers.
• Plan and organize content capture. Youll develop shot lists content outlines and schedules to ensure each project runs smoothly and creatively.
• Stay on top of trends. Youll research and experiment with the latest platform trends scheduling tools and hashtag strategies to keep Rock Citys content fresh and relevant.
• Support influencer partnerships. Youll help verify and coordinate influencer visits ensuring they have a seamless experience while creating authentic onbrand content.
• Provide live coverage of special events. From seasonal festivals to grand openings youll offer realtime social media coverage capturing the excitement as it happens.
• Collaborate with marketing teammates. Youll contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions and support broader marketing campaigns with socialfirst content.
• Assist with media coordination. Youll help manage onsite film crews or photographers ensuring the brand is wellrepresented.
• Measure and report success. Youll help track performance metrics identifying opportunities to optimize content and boost engagement.

• Youre flexible and available to work occasional nights weekends and special events to capture content in real time.
• You have strong technical skills with experience in social media management tools like Meta Later and CapCut as well as design platforms like Canva.
• You have a background in marketing digital media or communications with at least one year of experience preferred (but not required).
• Youre able to walk the scenic trails carry equipment and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
