Staff Nurse (RGN)
Salary:hours per week
Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide highquality care within a beautifully renovated nursing home that retains its traditional charm. - Qualifications Valid nursing qualifications and active registration.
- Experience Previous experience as a Staff Nurse or in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
- PatientCentred Care Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess plan implement and evaluate patient care.
- Medication Management Administer medications and treatments as prescribed ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Health Monitoring Observe and monitor patient conditions reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
- Family & Patient Support Provide guidance and education to residents and their families regarding medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Regulatory Compliance Adhere to best practices ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
