The Global Dealer Training & Productivity team helps dealers work smarter not harder with targeted training data strategy and more. Together our team:
- Ensures dealers have the content and training they need when they need it. Our focus is delivering unified coaching a datadriven ecosystem and new productivity technologies so the right content by the right people reaches them at the right time.
- Helps dealers become more strategic in diagnosing gaps and developing solutions
- Equips dealers with what they need to succeed and help them develop into trusted advisors to customers
- Works with dealers to improve business metrics lower turnover and increase customer satisfaction
- Responds to a shifting customer base with diverse preferences to transform customer experiences
Responsibilities
What youll do...
The Producers for Dealer Training & Productivity are responsible for and careful consideration of production and the creation of content. The daytoday work is moving projects along from intake through post with the support and collaboration of the preproduction production and postproduction team. This includes working closely with business partners outside of the Global Dealer Engagement team. This role focuses on supporting the of creative content with a strong focus on edutainment. The training produced by this role is vast. The team this role interacts with holds our production standards to the highest freshest and most engaging standards for the best learning opportunities.
This role is based in Dearborn Michigan.
- Ingest needs from Program Managers Creative team or Content Coordinator
- Wrangle and develop necessary materials for successful and efficient development of content
- Work with Subject Matter Experts and Business Owners to comprehend and communicate the needs of the project
- Develop internal featured content the Dealer Training & Productivity teams ideates
- Be onset of for shoots to ensure all elements are captured legal and product information remains within the provided guidelines and occasionally act as lead on set to guide the crew
- Pass off set notes script supervision and other guidance to editors
Qualifications
Youll have...
- Associates degree or equivalent
- 3 years experience in a creative development field (agencies studio management or preproduction etc)
- 3 years experience in production development
Even better you may have...
- 5 years of professional experience managing productions and/or preproduction
- The ability to think creatively and offer input with meticulous critical problem solving
- Credits displaying the caliber of high quality accomplished work we create
- Management of sensitive files and data
- Proficient in MS Office (including Outlook Word and PowerPoint) and familiar with task managing software

This position is a range of salary grades 78 .
