Starting Wage*: Starting Pay at $26.50 per hour. Annual step raises available up to 11 years of service with the department.

Holiday Pay: Eligible for 12 paid Holidays 2x hourly base pay rate.

Retirement: TCDRS Mandatory Participation at 5 with optional deferred compensation 457b plan.
