All Saints Catholic School is looking for an administrative assistant for our main school office. Major Responsibilities and Duties: - Promote the mission and vision of All Saints Catholic School
- Acts as a witness to Gospel values by modeling the teachings of the Catholic Church
- Cooperate with school administration; work effectively with all staff members to promote positive relationships with students and parents
- Greet all visitors to the office and answer phone calls
- Participate in staff meetings/formation
- Maintain student records and teacher files
- Schedule substitute teachers
- Administer student medications and maintain forms
- Assist in mailings and other administrative office tasks
- Use FACTS management system
- Coordinate copy machine ordering and maintenance
- Complete additional administrative operational and professional responsibilities and duties as needed
Qualifications/Requirements - Minimum of an associates degree
- Minimum of two years office/clerical experience
- Efficient and accurate word processing and keyboarding skills
- Proficient written/oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Must be willing to complete Protecting Gods Children CPR First Aid Bloodborne Pathogens Class upon hire.
