Job Description
Join us at Bob Thomas Ford Lincoln for an exciting career opportunity. We are looking for an Accounting Clerk. In this challenging role youll be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks. This is a day shift Monday thru Friday 40 an hour a week job with an occasional Saturday morning cashier shift.
Responsibilities
- Reconciling accounts
- Data entry
- Maintaining daily records of payment transactions including bank deposits
- Assisting the office manager in daily tasks

Requirements
- Automotive experience is preferred but not required
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy including Word & Excel proficiency
- Ability to handle multiple task easily
- Work independently with little supervision
- Have an excellent attendance record
Strong Accounting skills are a must!
