Day in the Life:
Be friendly to all guests
Polish all silverware wine glasses and champagne flutes
Know all table numbers and assist in running food to guests
Run full wine racks through dish machine
Restock all ramekins to both kitchen and server stations
Sweep mop vacuum as needed
Kept ice refilled and stocked
Participate in restroom checks
Help maintain back dock cleanliness
