Position Overview:

Qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Licensure: Current state pharmacist license.
- Experience: Completion of a residency program preferred.

- Expertise in pharmacology drug interactions and inventory management.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance (state and federal).
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail organizational skills and teamwork.
- Strong communication for patient counseling and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and review patient profiles for drug interactions.
- Provide medication counseling to patients and healthcare staff.
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory and medical supplies efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy plans.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal drug dispensing regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance medication safety.
