As a Senior Product Designer on the Postbot team you will explore how AI can transform API development testing and automationfrom natural language interactions to intelligent code generation and debugging. You will be at the forefront of integrating AI into developer workflows ensuring that Postmans AI capabilities are intuitive reliable and truly augment developer productivity.
You are eager to get your hands dirty wearing multiple hats to drive user outcomes yet you can naturally uplevel your strategic thinking. Your success will be measured by developer satisfaction and business impact including active usage and revenue metrics.

Responsibilities
Design AIdriven developer experiences that enhance efficiency productivity and delight while working with APIs.
Test and iterate on these concepts to validate their usefulness to developers and impact on realworld API workflows.
Define and measure developer delight by creating strong feedback loops and qualitative assessments of Aldriven solutions.
Research and experiment with LLMs (large language models) Al/ML trends and agentbased interactions to identify innovative applications for Postbot.
Collaborate closely with designers product managers and developers to ensure that design concepts are feasible and effectively translated into functional prototypes.
Work with crossfunctional teams to define opportunities for improving the developer experience leveraging user insights and feedback.
Share your technical expertise and insights with the broader team guiding the design and engineering teams on the implications of emerging technologies on user experience.
Continuous social listening through Twitter Github and Zendesk to better understand how people use Postman.
Foster a vibrant developer community and implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve developer satisfaction.
Clearly and concisely communicate user concerns motivations and feedback both internally and externally. Be the voice of the user within your team.
Requirements :
You have 6 years of experience in in endtoend product design preferably with a focus on developer tools AI or automation workflows.
Passion for Al and developer experienceyoure excited about how Al can enhance API development testing and debugging.
You are curious about how APIs work and what Postman enables for developers. Youve used Postman before for a legitimate use case and have strong opinions about what makes or breaks its developer experience.
You are proficient in design prototyping tools such as Framer and have enjoy getting as close to the end user experience you want to ship in production. You live in the details and obsess over every micro interaction that defines a developer day to day work.
You have an eye for welldesigned functional products (physical and digital)
You proactively seek feedback tuning the fidelity of your work for the stage of product development. You can identify collaborative opportunities across the broader product and design org know how to curate your intended audience for feedback.
