About the role
Working within the Facilities and Infrastructure (F&I) team you will be supporting and coordinating activities that support the F&I team under the guidance of the Head of Engineering Projects. As a Contract and Budget Administrator your role will involve oversight of finance administration including acting as the central source for raising purchase orders ensuring invoices are accurate and processed on time using Workday.
You will also be assisting in the forecasting and monitoring of team budgets and supporting the preparation and monitoring of the annual F&I budget tracking spend against budget to ensure F&I meets budget targets in line with our functional plan.
