Job Description

Currently we are looking for Delivery Manager to join our team.

On this role you will be driving the organization and supervision of necessary processes teams structure and technology services composition to successfully deliver what NiX Clients expect to achieve their goals. The Delivery Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery phase and will report directly to the VP Delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sustainable growth of the unit through excellence in building winning teams managing delivery operations and focusing on enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Ensure enterprise and strategic accounts portfolio through delivering addedvalue services and solutions; establishing maintaining and executing longterm accounts plans
  • Participate in contract presales and price negotiation processes to sign the deal on favorable terms for the company
  • Support team rampup and onboarding (from recruitment and forming teams to process establishment and stabilization)
  • Manage efficient and scalable subunit structure ensure implementation of the best software and delivery practices to exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure engagement methodology is followed by a team from opportunity assessment to project closeout
  • Work closely with customer management to understand the requirements for the project develop effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project
  • Manage customer expectations & relationships with clients engineering professionals and stakeholders; ensure client satisfaction from services delivery
  • Explore additional opportunities and drive future through quality results
  • Financial and contractual responsibility for engagement profitability
  • Ensures high satisfaction and engagement of the team members; maintains a productive environment and NiX culture across the subunit.
  • Manage and monitor subunit financial results
  • Contribute and drive continuous improvement of the delivery management function.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 8 years of experience in IT technical background (Software QA DevOps Product Ownership etc. is a must
  • 4 years of experience as a Delivery Manager in IT service business is a must
  • Advanced level of Polish and English languages is a must
  • Knowledgeable of software design testing and delivery methodologies
  • Fluency in methodologies as they relate to delivering and implementing IT solutions required
  • Excellent judgment interpersonal communication analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and alter direction easily to accommodate changing priorities
  • Strong people management and client relationship skills
  • Experience in successfully delivering services to Enterprises clients
  • Experience in managing multiple distributed teams
  • Proven background in managing the different types of projects (Fixed bid Time and Material Outcomebased SLA) and delivering solutions
  • Strong service/clientoriented attitude focus on an outcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across various groups
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in SW technologies and tools
  • Reediness to visit office (in Wroclaw or Warsaw) a few times per week.

Desirable:

  • Experience in coaching mentoring and conducting training
  • Experience in working with global companies.
