What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
Lead the design development and delivery of digital solutions across Supply Planning and Launch
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to apply emerging technologies like AI and automation
Facilitate solution ideation and architecture with enterprise standards in mind
Lead matrixed teams including developers analysts and testers
Manage development backlogs sprint planning and delivery pipelines (CI/CD).
Oversee testing deployment and post-launch support
Maintain documentation and ensure system integrity.
Monitor adoption performance and user feedback.
Lead retrospectives and incorporate lessons learned into future cycles
Ensure adherence to technical standards security and compliance
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field required with four years of experience in IT solution delivery; ORMasters degree with two years of relevant experience; ORAssociates degree with eight years of relevant experience; ORPh.D. with 0 years of experience; OR10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
3 years in a product owner role with pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a strong plus
Experience successfully creating and executing against product visions strategies and roadmaps that achieve goals and outcomes
Exceptional at working with and analyzing user metrics and turning them into actionable insights
A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive progress toward completion with proper planning and management
Passion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiences
Agile/Lean Development knowledge training or experience.
A strong communicator with great written and verbal skills
Up to date and knowledgeable about the latest trends innovations and best practices in the digital space
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
MBA or Masters degree in strategy management or related field is a plus
Certification in Agile and Scrum development practices is a plus
Experience in product design and data & analytics
ERP systems knowledge e.g. SAP (S4 HANA IBP MDG)
