- Document and perform work as outlined on repair order
- Complete maintenance and repairs requested for guest vehicles
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
- Testdrive vehicles (if warranted) and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Communicate with Service Advisors to keep guests wellinformed if additional services are recommended or required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in an automotive shop
- General mechanical skills and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds several times during each shift
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to type and utilize functions of a computer and various operating programs
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
- Ability to pass random drug screens
