Job Description
IT Business Analyst
Contract Position 1 year
Location: Austin TX (Hybrid) *Must reside in the Austin area for consideration
We are seeking a Business Analyst with an interest in Microsoft SharePoint and Teams open data technical training digital records management metadata standards government data solutions and nocode platforms.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 especially SharePoint and Teams (permissions site design)
- Strong communication skills for understanding and documenting technical needs
- Ability to collaborate with teams product managers and developers
- Experience working in twoweek sprint cycles
- Ability to document technical details and processes
- Organizational skills for managing data files and content
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with collaborative teams and work tracking systems
- Experience Archiving and QCing data sets
- Knowledge of M365 Government Cloud Community (GCC)
- Familiarity with communication tools like Slack GitHub and Miro
- Experience creating documentation and tutorials
- Understanding of open data standards
- Experience with nocode/lowcode platforms like Knack
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize survey asset records clean data and create metadata
- Support technical documentation for product launches and updates
- Manage and assist with SharePoint and Teams including permissions file organization and page design
- Participate in the periodic open data quality review
- Develop and maintain nocode enterprise applications
