Job Description
Crop Shop Boutique (CSB) is a fastgrowing Australian ecommerce brand redefining athleisure since its launch in 2019 by Rachel Dillon. As we continue to scale globally were looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive customer growth enhance engagement strategies and execute highimpact marketing initiatives.
About the Role
As the Influencer Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for driving the growth and management of our Influencer Affiliate program. Your primary objective will be to identify and invite new Partners to the channel manage onboarding and ongoing lifecycle communications in order to create close and personable relationships with these influencers that deliver sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Affiliate Influencer channel developing the number and quality of partners CSB engages with across the vertical with the aim of creating a world class program that drives brand awareness and business growth globally
- Identify high quality onbrand Affiliate Influencers and onboard them into the CSB program using both gifting and selfmanaged research/outreach methods to source talent
- Manage relationships with Influencers within the channel to ensure a high quality personalised and unique experience for these partners that will deliver mutual brand growth for both the influencers and CSB and thereby exist for years to come
- Develop creative ways of promoting a wide range of varied products through the Influencers in the CSB program (e.g. New Collections Slow Movers Core Categories) in a way that aligns to both CSB and the individual talents brand
- Work closely with broader Marketing team to leverage Marketing Calendars and associated discount promotions across the Affiliate/Influencer channel to deliver sales
- Develop and drive growth strategies for the Affiliate Influencer channels to support wider business initiatives such as Pilates Studio Takeovers (providing guests for these events) and regional expansion (generating pools of influencers who can drive brand awareness and sales in new regions)
- Manage Affiliate Influencer channel budget line and associated target revenue and orders
- Own relationship with Influencer Affiliate platforms Social Snowball and Lefty and work with Account Manager to ensure we are using the platform to its full extent to maximise our channel .
- Manage influencer administrative tasks such as regular parcel send outs and gifting.
About You
- Passion for female empowerment diversity and inclusion in the fashion industry.
- Outstanding attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- An eye for identifying onbrand affiliates/influencers.
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation and CSB partners/affiliates.
- Strong dataled approach with a knack for reporting.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in scaling influencer/affiliate channels
- Experience across key software; Shopify Social Snowball Lefty etc (preferred).
