Are you able to solve problems creatively As part of Financial Management (FM) Transformation the Expense Management Technology (eTech) team is seeking a creative actionoriented individual with an entrepreneurial attitude and successful decisionmaking abilities to join one of our Expense Transformation workstreams as a Product Analyst.


Our vision for FM Transformation which is aligned to Prudentials vision and strategy is to power exceptional business customer and employee outcomes through efficient highintegrity and timely financial reporting and analysis that enable rapid and intelligent financial and business decisions. Under the FM Transformation umbrella eTech is embarking on a journey to develop an Expense Management Platform (EMP). The future state EMP is a central place where a budget owner or other supporting stakeholder can build manage and assess their organizations expenses in a selfservice way. The build of the EMP sits on 4 key pillars or themes. 1 AI and Machine Learning 2 Data 3 Stakeholder Management and 4 Business Intelligence. These pillars guide the build out of the platform and once complete will serve as Enterprises central place for expense management. The eTech organization integrates product management with the daytoday reporting and forecasting responsibilities of the various expense categories to streamline like processes while remaining a key voice of the customer as the EMP is built.

The Product Analyst will assist the business intelligence team in developing a data and reporting structure that will enable the roll out of the EMP. This role will help develop the reporting suite as part of the platform build and will drive adoption and utilization of the platform through training and knowledge sharing.


The current EWA for this position is Hybrid which requires your onsite presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your manager. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be onsite.


What you can expect:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for expense report solutions.
  • Assist in the design development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with the agile team to prioritize and manage project tasks and deliverables.
  • Support testing and validation of Power BI expense reports to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to endusers on expense report solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
  • Operate as a genuine champion of the EMP driving adoption while taking feedback for continuous improvement.


What youll need:

  • 35 years of well diversified experience in a corporate environment preferably within Process Improvement Expense Management Data Analytics and Model Building and/or driving Business outcomes and decision making.
  • Ability to take enduser requirements and implement them into a workable tool.
  • Knowledge of data and reporting tools (i.e. Power BI Anaplan and data visualization tools).
  • Expertise in business level financial and strategic analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving longterm goals while managing shortterm challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.


Itd be a plus if you had:

  • Excellent project management and business partnering skills along with strong analytical interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Expertlevel data modeling and dashboarding capabilities.
  • MBA CPA CFA or Data Modeling or Analytics credentials.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $92400.00 to $137400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills.
