Job Description
Are you a handy individual with an eye for detail Do you have a passion for transforming spaces and making homes more organized and beautiful Were on the lookout for a Closet Installer to join our growing team! In this role youll have the chance to measure cut and install various closet systems. You will also have the opportunity to finetune your leadership skills so that you can move into a Foreman position. Responsibilities:
- Measure and assess client spaces to create customized closet solutions.
- Install various types of shelving hanging rods and storage systems according to specifications.
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and preferences throughout the installation process.
- Ensure that all installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installed systems as needed.
- All other job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in carpentry or construction is preferred; training is provided.
- Prior knowledge of measuring cutting and installing various materials is required.
- Ability to read and interpret a tape measure required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients.
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment.
