POSITION: Transitions Manager (Full Time Exempt)
COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations if this job is performed in Colorado the salary range is $80000 $90000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for overseeing and coordinating the project management of assigned new takeovers dispositions and due diligence projects across all asset verticals.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Included but not limited to)
Directly supports the Director of Client Onboarding & Transitions as assigned.
Serves as the primary point of contact for clients outgoing management internal HQ departments and Operations during an assigned transition project.
Develop project timelines for each transition serving as the project lead to monitor the status of each project communicate timelines and document progress via project trackers and assess risks of all areas of a transition or disposition including completion of tasks from other departments via transition trackers.
Lead and coordinate all client and internal meetings and prepare all detailed agendas and checklists.
Collect organize and audit all critical documents from clients and external management parties within the company ShareFile.
Coordinate vendor and utility notification transfer setup and access with the utility companies and vendors .
Build review and approve system migration documents supporting Transition Systems and Accounting.
Lead onboarding process of new team members with HR and serve as guide for Operations through transition takeover and handoff.
Strategize and collaborate with all internal departments on the development and implementation of new process efficiencies and improvements for implementation.
Audit maintain and support company data in centralized platform and serve as facilitator across departments.
Participate in Cardinal U training as required champion the Cardinal Culture and serve as Cardinal ambassadors for clients and external parties.
QUALIFICATIONS
35 years of relevant industry experience in operations training and property management systems.
Project management multitasking and selfmanaging skills are a must.
Excellent time management and organization skills as well as a professional attitude.
Ability to thrive with short timelines in a fastpaced environment adjust and pivot between assignments.
Institutional knowledge of Cardinal Group and deep industryspecific knowledge of property management.
Customer service focused (i.e. generating accurate and timely results and effectively communicating to team members coworkers and management).
Effective presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to travel nationally 50 of the time and evenings/some weekends while onsite.

The Team Member must be able to push pull lift carry or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Routine local travel is required to attend training classes client visits or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Overnight travel required to attend company functions training property visits and other situations necessary for the accomplishment of special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
