Job Description
Job Title: FP&A Senior Manager
Location: Columbus OH
About the Role:
Orange Barrel Media is seeking a strategic datadriven FP&A Senior Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis function. In this role youll partner closely with department leaders across the company to provide actionable financial insights that support our growth and help us invest in impactful work.
What Youll Do:
- Lead the annual budgeting process monthly forecasts and longterm financial planning in partnership with department leaders.
- Lead the implementation of financial modeling software and integrate with current ERP.
- Develop and refine financial models and dashboards that help drive business performance and decisionmaking.
- Analyze key business trends KPIs and financial results to identify risks and opportunities.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals and forecasts.
- Provide strategic financial support for business initiatives investments and new projects.
- Manage develop and mentor FP&A team members (including Analysts).
- Continuously improve planning tools processes and systems to increase efficiency and insights.
What Youll Bring:
- 7 years of experience in FP&A corporate finance or investment banking preferred
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with planning tools and BI dashboards a plus.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with crossfunctional partners and leading planning processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A mix of strategic thinking and handson problemsolving.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
